What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation Policy for General Individual Reservations and Packages

  • Reservations cancelled ninety days (90) or more prior to the date of arrival will incur on a 50% penalty charge on the deposit amount paid. The remaining 50% may be used for a future reservation.

  • Reservations cancelled less than ninety days (90) prior to the date of arrival, the deposit/monies paid will incur on a 100% penalty charge and is non-refundable.

Payments Made for a Retreat

  • All fees paid for retreats and workshops are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Direct bookings through a third party resort or retreat center requires a strict adherence to their stated refund policy. Aiiro is not responsible for direct booking refunds or policies set in place by third party resorts.

What Should I pack?

Here are some the top items you will want to pack for your trip. Remember this experience is active. Bring varying layers of clothes to adapt the changing temperatures.

From Vancouver, British Columbia to REO Rafting Resort - Nahatlatch River

Approx. driving time: 2.5 hours from the Port Mann Bridge (Hwy #1 Coquitlam/Surrey BC)

REO is only 2.5 hours from Vancouver via Hwy #1.

  1. From Vancouver BC Canada take Hwy #1 (Trans Canada Highway) east from Vancouver to Chilliwack and Hope.

  2. Exit Highway #1 (Exit #170) at Hope BC. Turn left at the light and proceed north.

  3. Follow the signs through Hope town centre and resume on Highway #1 East/North through the Fraser Canyon (do not take highway #3 or #5).

  4. In the small town of Boston Bar, turn left opposite the Esso Gas station. Cross over the railroad tracks and the Fraser River and proceed north through the town of North Bend.

  5. As you leave North Bend, stay on the main road for 14.5 km (9 miles). Watch for the REO signs. The first 7K is paved; the final 7.5 km is gravel.

  6. Stay on the main road, cross the Nahatlatch Canyon high bridge. Continue for 1 km. Turn left at the REO sign and drive slowly down the steep road. Proceed past the first undeveloped area and log cabin veering right to the Trading Post parking lot. Check in - you made it!

  7. We recommend arriving before 9 pm unless familiar with driving back-country roads.

Do I have to whitewater raft?

No, you can actually opt for a massage instead if you prefer to keep your experienced more relaxing.

Do I need a yoga mat?

No, there will be mats at the retreat, but if you just can’t be without yours bring it with you.

I had a last minute emergency. can I still get a refund?

We realize that unexpected things can happen, but unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for last minute cancellations. This is why we recommend trip insurance. For a more detailed explanation of our policy check out our cancellation policy.

I’m new to yoga. is that okay?

YES! This is an all-levels retreat. So come on out and explore!

I have specific dietary restrictions can they be accomodated?

We try our best to make sure that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy every aspect of your exploration. And food is definitely part of that experience. E-mail us with specific dietary food restrictions so we can talk to the chef and make sure you are covered. Please ensure to provide this information at least 30 day prior to the retreat so we can accomodate.
