Fascia gives our bodies their structural shape and surrounds our muscles, organs, and bones. By releasing fascial restrictions, you can ease deep-seated pain caused by accidents, sports injuries, and repetitive strain. In this 4-hour workshop you will spend time unraveling the layers of fascia. Using varius props throughout we will evaluate the benefits and risks of each choice. Attendees will receive a full video series and personal home practice upon completion of the course.
